I am a postdoctoral fellow at the NanoEngineering Department of the University of California, San Diego. My current research focuses on developing cancer immunotherapy using plant viruses through engineering approaches. I received my Ph.D. degree from the Biochemistry Department at Indiana University in September 2020. My Ph.D. research was centered on investigating the Hepatitis B virus capsid assembly mechanism using biophysical and structural methods and designing novel HBV capsid assembly pathways and structures.
